On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the Central Equal Opportunities Office of Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) invites all female and non-binary members of the university to an exciting program at the Deutsches Bergbau-Museum Bochum (DBM). Learn more about the fascinating fields of research related to mining and soil science from researchers at RUB and DBM, be inspired by the museum´s unique exhibitions and collections, and take advantage of the opportunity to network.

AWARD: RUB IS A UNIVERSITY WITH STRONG GENDER EQUALITY

Professorinnenprogramm 2030

RUB has reached the next round of the Female Professors Program 2030 and has also been awarded the title 'University with Strong Gender Equality' (Gleichstellungsstarke Hochschule) by the Joint Science Conference. This makes us part of the particularly strong performence of universities in NRW in a nationwide comparison.
